Ana Solano is associate of the firm, her practice focuses on commercial law, corporate law, compliance and corporate governance, real estate law, notarial law, and legal tech.

During her professional career she has participated in the closing of important corporate transactions, in the review and evaluation of corporate bylaws, amendments, meetings, corporate books, share certificates, resolutions and agreements of shareholders and/or partners, and/or boards of directors, verifying the successive tract in the shareholder

integration and powers of the boards of directors.

In addition, he has participated in the process of incorporation of Financial Technology Institutions and Certification Service Providers, so has experience in the process before authorities such as SAT, the Secretary of Economy and the CNBV.
